There are three patterns, Multicam OEF (original), Multicam OCP and Scorpion OCP. The original Scorpion pattern was jointly developed by Crye Precision and the Army for the Objective Force Warrior program in 2002, and Crye made small adjustments for trademark purposes to create MultiCam. Scorpion W2 resembles the well known MultiCam pattern in several ways (hues not the least) but the two are not the same (though they do share the same name – Operational Camouflage Pattern).
The only website I can find that sells the actual Scorpion OCPs is AAFES Shopmyexchange and if you try to buy them it won't let you if you're USAF. The lighting was not the same. The Scorpion camouflage pattern is a multicam pattern with very slight differences. Scorpion was changed to scorpion W2 around 2009 IIRC. Upon the release of photos of Scorpion W2, Predator Intelligence posted a side-by-side comparison to the Army's OCP (MultiCam) pattern, which can be seen here.. From the available photos, the Scorpion W2 variant appears to be an enlarged version of the original Scorpion pattern, likely with color changes for improved visual and NIR performance. The one on the left, just above ^ is OCP.
