What am I doing wrong? It is not feasible to export to. Along with the fact that x264 encoded video doesn't bring in any audio any more (that's being dealt with in another post). It was not a problem in 5.5. I opened another older peoject i Audition amd it all seemed fine. In the past, we first needed to specify what type of audio we were editing into each track.
Right-clicking a clip in Premiere Pro doesn't have an option for Audition. Adobe Audition CC 2017 has been updated, including performance improvements and bug fixes. You could also export all the tracks over by selecting “Export each Track as stem” if you want more control in Premiere Pro. One of the newer features in Adobe Premiere Pro CC is how it handles multi-channel audio. It all worked out fine, except that my multitrack workspace is all greyed out and faded. Copied. HELP!! If I choose Export Media then to the captions tab, I can see the option for .srt but it is greyed out as well. I imported an mp3 file into my composition, click on it and the link remains greyed out.
